Dear Mukunthan,
If this is happening, then you need to first find out what the reason is for people leaving. Is it from a particular department? Are the Managers/Supervisors under whom they work appropriate? How is the work environment in the organization?
First, you need to investigate and correct the workplace; otherwise, this sends the wrong signals outside in the business environment.
Thanks & Regards,

I am with M. Amal Shere. The following steps are suggested:
- Background of Employees
- Social/Financial/Group working with.
- Family Background
- Sound/Unsound/Poor.
- Extra Income Sources
- Having extra income by different modes.
- Counseling and Investigation
- Counseling of such employees/Going to employees' homes and explaining/investigating their families.
- Disciplinary Actions
- Issuing letters as per the procedure/Conducting inquiries.
At least, somewhere, one has to take disciplinary action to avoid such a vast mass leave after the Pay Day.
