Dear friends,
Greetings,
I am curious about the specific career paths for HR positions. When you begin working in HR, you typically start with roles such as HR Clerk (0-1 years), progress to HR Coordinator (1-3 years), then to Senior HR Coordinator (3-4 years), followed by HR Generalist (4-6 years), and eventually to Senior HR Generalist, and so on.
Does anyone have a specific roadmap for an HR career path? Please help me.
Many thanks,
Bido

The positions depend on the company policy. The frequency of change is decided by the capability within you. Therefore, it is difficult to draw a map of the career path of any functional area. Even if you are very good at handling issues related to employment, you may not be elevated to a higher position if the company's policy or your immediate superior's attitude is negative. This is especially true in the case of HR. The board of directors may appreciate false promises made by a marketing personnel but will reject pleas from a Personnel Manager regarding poor working conditions.
