Dear Seniors,
I am working for a Pharma company. Due to some un avoidable issues with my boss, i really want to leave this job.
And i am sure if i'll leave the company he will surely hold my salary and pf.
And my pf accumalation is of quite good amount.
I just want to know, if my employer don't sign my pf forms, is there any other way i can claim it?
An employee don't have any right to claim for his own money?

YES THERE IS A WAY..AS PER LAW NO ORGANISATION CAN HOLD AN EMPLOYEES PF ...IF YOU COME TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY DOING IT REPORT THE MATTER TO THE LABOUR COURT OR TO THE PF AUTHORITIES REGARDING THE IRREGULATION OR FAILURE ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANIES TO THE LABOUR LAW....BUT PLS HAVE UR PF NUMBER READY WITH YOU OR AVAILABLE SO THAT YOU CAN INFORM THE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAME.......
