Oops, I forgot to mention the critical info then. My organization is in the Travel domain, including Aviation, with over 2100 employees working across various departments. My manager was discussing implementing a productivity matrix in the organization. Kindly share your knowledge.

I am working for a pharmaceutical organization. I wish to prepare a productivity matrix for various functions of R&D (conducting experiments in search of new drugs). Can anyone help me with the complete process to prepare a Productivity matrix (with key parameters indicating productivity) for work done by scientists in their labs?
