Hi,

In my company, a lot of people have completed 10 years of service, and we would like to give them gifts as tokens of respect, recognition, and loyalty. Can anyone suggest what gifts we can possibly give them?

Vinay,

It would be difficult to come up with a list of gifts that would please everyone, especially when the employees are of different grades. A manager's expectations would certainly be different from a lower-ranking employee. My suggestion is that you give them a month's salary or whatever quantum the company can afford, as this is equitable and the employee can use their discretion to purchase what they need.

Dear Vinay,

Continuing 10 years in the same group is really a great thing, and they can be considered as pillars. Honoring them by means of conducting a program where their services can be praised makes them a role model for beginners. Personal benefits like declaring some cash prize, mementos, promotions, etc. Check/judge whether they achieved anything in those years career and monetarily.

I work for Amway Global. This company is stationed in about 87 countries and is partnered with many other companies such as Dell, Best Buy, Sears, etc. One of the companies we work with exclusively is called Ribbon. This is a collection of gifts that work as a gift card, and you can choose how much you want to give and in which category. Take a look at my website; I am sure you will like what we offer. My website is www.amway.com/molinabiz. The Ribbon collection is here: www.amway.com/Shop/Product/Category.aspx/Gift-Collections?pwsid=molinabiz.

Don't feel like this is spam; Amway has been around for 50 years. You can actually do some research yourself. I am an independent business owner who is just trying to help other people out as well as helping myself with college.

Let me know if you are interested in placing an order.

Thank you!

Dear Vinay,

You need to appreciate employees for serving 10 years in an organization. You need to pay loyalty bonus, trophy, and host a grand celebration with their family members, which will motivate them and also show other employees that the company is taking care of them for the services rendered by them. You can formulate a policy for this and outline the benefits to be offered if they complete a certain number of years in the organization.
