I'm facing problems in getting resumes and candidates for the vacancy to be filled in our company. To contact any consultancy, they are charging heavily. Is there any other better alternative I can use to search for candidates or resumes? Our office is located in Bangalore. It would be great if I could find candidates in and around Bangalore or even within Karnataka. Please help me.

Better to have strong contacts. Most consultants do nothing apart from searching job sites. You have to create a strong social network of employees from these companies, search, and post on social networking sites. Allow employee referrals. It is very easy to search for candidates if you have the skills. Just get in touch with me at ravi.exe@gmail.com, and I will further guide you.
I don't charge any fees, as CITE HR is for sharing knowledge.
