How can he later claim compensation? What formalities are carried out by the employer, which challans does the employer need to file and at what intervals? How many copies need to be given to whom?

If I speak from an employer's perspective, how do I go about implementing the Act in my factory where a considerable number of employees are under coverage? I mean, how do I start from scratch? Which form or challan should I procure? What do I get filled up by the members, what is issued to them and when? What about my periodic obligations and statutory requirements? 🤪
