I have completed my MBA and currently working in an IT firm. I would like to know about some HR courses (correspondence courses, certification courses, short-term courses) which I can do along with my job. Somebody please help me.

If you want to go for external/distence courses on HR then Mr. Satish has given you the detail courses and if you want to do regular then MBA there is one more popupalr course known as MSW(HR) it is 2 year (4 semister Post Graduation).

You can pursue one year diploma course from some good institute. IMT is one of the best for this.
In current scenario, value of distance learning is almost negligible hence would not suggest anybody to go for it.
If you want work experience in good industry, pls let me know i will put my efforts to get you into HR.

A person who wants to have an entry into HR can start by working with any Placement Consultancy as HR recruiter and then later on decide with as the time progreesss.. U can then choose to have any short term course in HRM so by that time u will have an experience as well as a qualification also to assist u.
