Dear Mr. Dinesh
I am also having 6 years of experience in HR field but still i preferred for Government Job than HR in Private Sector bcoz of Job Security. In Govt Job also you can develop interest in work and definitely you will go to higher positions with your extraordinary qualifications. Even in salary issue also Govt Job offered you better than the present salary and present offered salary by X hotel.
ALL THE BEST AND THINK WISE my suggestion is choose the Government Job.

not agree with you fully, i mean atleast i am working in autonomous society i.e govt organisation from past 5 yrs and am really working hard everyday with lots of work, only few govt departments are there where there is very less or minimum workload, and not all government jobs do give the opportunity to take bribes.. which is widely misunderstood that every govt job gives bribe opportunity.

I am working in 5* Hotel as SENIOR HR ASSt. earning salary of Rs. 7000/- per month, I am 26 years old (D.O.B 11-07-1986)

My father was working as A.P. Govt. School Teacher, unfortunately he died on 27-09-2011. due to Ill Health while he was in service.

Andhra Pradesh Govt. is offering me a Govt. job as Cleark(10+2 Qualification) (Group IV) in some govt. office, salary would be 12000/- to 17000/-

I got offer in X hotel as HR Executive salary of 15,000/- reason i rejected is I have joined in the present concern on Feb-2010, i like to finish at least 2 years of service.

My qualification is M.B.A (HRM) I have 3 year experience in HR field, March - 2011 my company is going to hike my salary but it wont reach 10,000/- may be I will get promotion also.

I completed M.A(History), M.Phil(Management) and doing MSc(Psychology) through distance mode.

My wish is to Survive in HR field, i love this profission, I am little good in Statory and Staff Welfare.

I do not wish to work with govt. because if i prefer govt. job i have to be in remote area, and because of job security I may become IDLE.

If i ignore this job no one is there in my family to take this offer(Mother is aged) I am the only option.

Dear seniors pls do suggest me which one I have to prefer either Govt job(clerk) or Private job(HR)[/QUOTE]

Dear Dinesh,
First ask your mother. Listen to your family. Because whatever step you are going to take it ultimately affect your family. Each and every person in this world is working and doing jobs only to secure their family's future.
If you are thinking that you can sustain in this HR field, where Competition is always there and you are 200% confident on yourself. Then Go ahead.
If you have a little bit of doubt in your mind. Then opt Govt. Job.
My Best wishes!!!!!!!!!!!
