It appears from the various corner, the Promotional Fixation of the West Bengal Govt Employees as per the New Pay Commission (ROPA-2009) is not in clear that how to calculate the Promotional Benefits and it is also appears that the various Department of West Bengal has given the benefits to the employees in different manners. However I have prepared the Promotional Fixation Benefits as per the Finance Department's G.O.No. 2728-F, Dtd.7/4/2009.
