Yes.
Any positive work shall never bring any negative result.
But you must be convinced of your own action and during interview for HR; when asked why you chose Accounts; you should be able to give appropriate reply with conviction.
I do not think any good HR or Interview Panel of a good company shall ever take your decision negatively.
warm regards.

Dear Kraviravi, you told that any person can do HR jobs but not all can do accounts. It is right but somewhere point of time HR job is also become difficult then Accounts Job. Accounting job even B com graduates also can do. But for HR only require MBA in HR or MSW, PGDHRM, PGHRM or labour related course why because there is need knowledge of factory Act, Labour Act etc and for HR Generalist role there is require only MBA in HR for good presentation skills, communication skills, knowledge of Performance measurement, performance Appraisal etc .This type of knowledge only HR professional may have rather than Accounting and Finance professional. For good pay scale it’s depend on knowledge, experience and company market value. In HR you can also earn five figures of salary rather than Finance and Accounts.

To work for Finance and Accounts Department for High profile level like Deputy Manager, Manager, Sr Manager it’s required only Charted Accountant rather than MBA in Finance. Rarely some company wants MBA’s in Finance. Charted Accountant degree is highly more valuable than MBA in Finance.

Dear All, Even I have dual specialization in MBA (HR & Finance) and also doing job in accounting filed as an Account Executive. But my job profile is Monthly billing, Minimum Wages, to Handle labour Audit, PF and ESIC related works,Pay roll process etc.I think this all comes under in HR role. In this job profile I have to live in contact with various companies HR Professional. On that work experience I like to work for HR Filed rather than Accounts and Finance.
Please advise me for proper guidance. Whether I have to go in HR Filed or learn something new in Accounting and Finance filed and prepare myself for Finance and Accounting only.
Please give me your proper guidance.
