Hi, I am Padmaja, with 20 years of working experience. Currently I am at home and looking for a change in my career and keep searching for a suitable opening in Coimbatore. I wanted to know more on the HR and advise on procuring a HR degree.
1. Is it fine if I complete 6 months of correspondence course on PGDHRM from any of the university.
2.Will correspondence courses be valued by the recruiting organisation.
3. Should I opt for the regular MBA degree classes with HR speciality from the reputed colleges in Coimbatore.
Kindly guide me.

Dear Ms Padmaja,
You have not indicated your current field of work.
Any one can have a change in career at any stage.
It depends on opportunities.
Naturally there will be questions about why you want to change.
You should get ready to answer this question.
In your present career if you can get a chance to work in HR either full time or part time it will help.
Consider the above before you pursue your study.

Hi All,
I want a help. I am currently working as a Customer Support Associate and handling emails from customer. I have couple of emails drafted by me which I use to reply to customer depending upon the scenarios. I want someone to review and check my emails and help me to draft a better one.
I will share the emails in private.

A decent HR expert should require every one of these abilities alongside a solid positive outlook to work in a corporate or business condition. They will go over various kinds of individuals and to make the new worker for onboarding is the most difficult errand. who can do my assignment

Hello, While there are some correspondence courses that provide a wealth of information, they are restricted to providing academic learning. If you are under the opinion that they will provide you with information and the ability to do hands-on procedures Online Assignment Helper they will not.
