Can anybody let me know what should be the minimum wage for office employees who are not considered under HSK, SSK, SK or USK but are paid even less than them.

If the employees are not falling under nay of the categories mentioned in your post, then you need to pay the minimumwages applicable to manual workers employed in an office as notified by your State Govt.

Minimum wages fixed by the state govt is applicable to all categories of employees rite???
whether its is must for the employer to fix salary based upon those categories r can go with the minimum wages fixed by the state govt???
plz clear my doubts!!!!!!

the State Govt. issues notification fixing minimumwages for various categories of workers as mentioned in your post emplyed in various establishments. The employer is free to fix wages for each category but it shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the Govt. for each category.
