My co. is covered under the provisions of ESIC but suppose a visitor comes to my co. and during the round of the factory he unfortunately he met with an accident and dies. In such a situation what a company can do. Is the company legally liable for any compensation or can co claim any benefits under the ESIC

Ashok there is a act called Public liabality act - under this act the employer has to take a insurance policy for the out sider who came visit the plant of work site. This insurance also covered property also.
You can find the act in goole also and go through the same for enhence your knowledge
