Sir, I would like to know whether the Computer hardware maintenance Engineers qualified with B.Tech/Bsc (IT)/Diploma are covered under the minimum wages act of Central Govt/State Govt(Tamilnadu). If so can i know the rates applicable to them.

1. Rate under the minimum wages act of Central Govt: Rs. 831/- for A Rs765 for B & Rs695 for C category city
2. State Govt(Tamilnadu) around Rs.400 a day check with notification.
