hi all,
This is anoop. I am working for a web development company recently established by my friends. I am a law graduate. I am dealing with Legal matters Like Tax filing, registration of tax accounts. Also I am dealing with Financial aspects of the company like keeping contact with company banks, keeping accounts, preparing account statements,invoices.e.t.c.
Now am a little confused about my position in the company. Company is going to provide Visiting cards and letter heads for me. As my employers are new to the business field, they also are bit confused about my position. So please suggest me with an apt name for my position.

Hi Anoop,
In our company the Manager - Accounts does all of what you are doing above (if only tax filing, registration of tax accounts) is what you mean by legal.
Its more into accounting. (So the best is Unit Accounts In-charge/Manager)
I'd also suggest - Specialist: Accounts and Legal Liaison

Hi Anoop,
As per your level in company's hierarchy, you can opt, like:
Assistant Manager ( Accounts and Law)
Deputy Manager (Accounts and Law).
Before finalising anything, have a look on the designation which is mentioned in your Appointment letter. That's very important. Business card is not for just show but it's reflection of your role in company.

Hi all,
Thanks a lot for your precious suggestions.. from all your opinions I arrived in a conclusion that position name can be 'Manger-Legal & Finance'.Please give your own opinions about this name and how much this name suits with my profile. For including 'accounts' in the position name, I think qualification involving commerce may be needed.that's y I am using the word finance. Please suggest your opinions. These all are told upon my knowledge only that may not be correct. So you the experienced guy's opinions are somewhat more valuable.
regards,
anoop
