Hi all,
I'm the GM of a leading Law Firm in New Delhi, India.
Lately I've noticed a late working trend of th Counsels within the organization. Their reasons are fair but difficult to address.
As a solution, I just thought of amending the HR & Mobile phone policy.
Anyone out there who can help me. MAinly with the Mobile Phone policy.
Awaiting anyone's help.
Thanks & regards,
Roydal Simon

Dear Simon,
I have enclosed a Mobile phone policy which might throw a light for your expectation. I hope your intentions are different from that of mine. If you need more info let me know so that I can suggest you on corrections on the same and you can take it up from there on.
