At no. of occassions i had seen your kind advise on various issues relating to the employess complainces which is very informative.
We are the Manipal Facility Managment company and our main corporate office is registered at Bangalore ESI and the employers code already received for that and there is no problems for the staff at Bangalore. At the same time we have various branches at Mangalore/ Udipi/ Goa / Manipal.
Kindly suggest how to go about for registering for the employees posted at Goa and other places since they have to avail the facilities of the ESI posted at the particular facilities. Kindly advise various forms and formalities to be followed up.

as your company is covered at Bng, u r required to inform them about the branches in Karantaka and india. Ask them to allot the sub code no and Branch Office ESI near your branch office to enable employees for local benefits. As regards to Goa u can directly write to RO ESI at Goa enclosing the photocopy of the C-11 and accordingly Goa ESI will allot the sub code number. Draft letter is as under
