Respected sir/madam,
I have been working as Sr. Software Developer at one of software company(firm) since 4 years. which is not registered company to government. So we are not tax payer, even we dont have form16 too..this company is used to pay by cash.
Now i want to change my job on the basis of experience. current company had given me offer letter and will also give me relieving letter in which include last salary drown and other information too..
Is offer letter and this relieving letter sufficient to get new job..?

Mr. Suneel, Offer letter and experience or relieving letters are enough ask them to provide pay slips and request them to ensure that they had paid through cash. Hiding the facts its not good.
