You didnt get any response ..perhaps you had posted this under section Humour!!..incidently i happen to c your query..
Prevalent practice for Junior executives..
* Campus recruitments-
GD interview followed by personal interview.
Behaviour based Interview..if they have work experience..
Some use psychometric tests to assess the personalities.
Comptency based Interviews...

Hello Amit,
You could also look out for the junior executives from:
1. Training Centres: If your are looking for Sales executives try looking at centres offering Sales training. I could think of NIS [National Institute of Sales];
2. Groups: Try in Yahoo groups specific to that skill like writers, testers etc. There are also groups like Chetana Groups where you could find junior executives. Also try sites like freshersworld.com
