Sir, I am getting confused in setting up the questions. It's a public sector company, and my sampling technique is 'simple random sampling.' My main point is what sort of questions we need to include in the questionnaire for the employees. Also, sir, what is the difference between an open-ended and closed questionnaire?

Please search the web for different types of questions. I have also posted links to questionnaire design at CiteHR in the past. Whenever I want something, I do a Google search. Please write in "Proper English." This is an international forum. Have a nice day.
