We have old daily meeting/ morning meeting system. We have daily orally discussed with all department head. Our management required documentary record system every department in one excel sheet. This sheet include Sales/Production/Quality/HR/Dispatch/Internal, External issues / Customer Complaints/ Point raise in meeting/Completed pending.
