This is avinash from chennai. I completed my B.Tech in Information Technology in may 2010 and i joined as HR management trainee and worked in the process of recruitment,staffing and controlling by helping the senior HR executive. Due to some personal reasons i quitted the job and hav gt a break of 2 months inbetween . i am now currently pursuing my MBA IN TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT thro correspondence. i am unable to find a job in any software concern for past one month. what am i suppose to do to become HR or Asst.HR in top mnc's or in any software concern?????
I enclosed my resume with this and i am willing to work anywhere in india with a reasonable pay so people kindly help me
