Sir /Madam Am holding a senior position in an organisation .The centre head is having personal issues and hence he has started mentally torturing me .He is unprofessional shouts on no reason and this was put on mail to senior management by me ,Because of this he now wants me to exit the organisation .My salary has been on hold and am not going to office .Please guide me .

Dear Anjali,
Do you have evidence of the harassment? Secondly, your management cannot put on hold your salary. For misconduct if any, they should conduct domestic enquiry and award the suitable punishment. Withholding of wages as a punitive measure is illegal. I recommend you finding out the labour office of your area (where your company is located) and making a formal complaint to the labour officer. Let us see what is the outcome of your complaint is.

Thanks Dinesh .They say as I am on probation period hence they can terminate me within 24 hr or I should willingly exit with grace .Yes have mailed this issue to higher authorities but they is no reply from anybody .I have stopped going to hospital as they have deactivated my attendance card too .
