Dear Maha.
I guess you have to ask your manager first about the details that he wants to include in the HR report. I guess that he would like to know an idea about whats going on in the department like (Attendance, absentisem, latness, Sickness Leaves) in addition to the training that is going on this week or who is on training on this week, also you can add any activity that you have done including (commencment of duty of new staff, advice of return from leave,) include any comment or incident report that happened in this week. i jsut gave you an idea but im not sure what type of report he is asking for.

Dear Maha,
I am working as an Exe. Secretary to HR Director in a company in Saudi Arabia with a strength of 530 employees. I used to prepare monthly HR report which include the following:
1. Headcount (FTE & temporary)
2. Recruitment (how many have been recruited and to which department and other details)
3. Training (In-house and external)
4. Company visitors (if you have visitors from outside, then visa details)
5. no. of employees on vacation
6. sick leave days and number of staff
7. no. of employees on probation
8. overtime details for the month
9. Joiners details
10. leavers details
11. a chart showing joiners and leavers status YTD
12. Major achievements and issues of the month
13. employee turnover

I usually prepare all data in excel and present in powerpoint. Also there are many other topics included which i guess wont be needed for u. if u need further details to know how to prepare and keep track , email me at . hope this will be helpful.

Thank you
