As the work is normally carried out by unskilled workforce, effective supervision must be planned and executed to avoid such incidents/accidents in the workplace.

We must learn from this accident and prevent such recurrence even in our work spot. Thank you, Mr. Dipil, for educating us. Keep on sharing such awareness-creating articles.

Hi,

I don't think the corrective measures or preventive measures given by you are appropriate. There is a need to think in another manner. The problem was not addressed properly; still, the hazard is not resolved. If you have done the risk assessment of the activity, please share because there are a lot of things to discuss.

What you have mentioned are secondary things; the investigation is incomplete.

Dear Mr. Mushtaq,

Thank you for going through the attachment and providing your frank comments. Instead of just offering such comments, could you please share your views? Based on your thoughts, what recommendations were supposed to be made?

I have shared the incident report that I obtained from somewhere; hence, I do not have a detailed risk assessment report.

Let's strive to learn and implement the positive outcomes. Therefore, please share your views. I also encourage others to participate.

@All: Thank you for downloading and providing valuable and motivating comments.
