Dear All, I need your guidance in securing my future.
I worked 2 months as an HR executive in a travel company and I got laid off due to covid 19.
Now I want to restart my career in HR but one thing that is pulling me back.
In my last company I have faced many difficulties when it comes to policy formulation, payroll processing, performance management, how much increment is needed for employees, public speaking. That was my first job experience and it's quite a tough job for me. So currently I have decided to move the recruiter profile but I am not sure about and where it will take me in the future. At the same time when I think about the hr executive profile, it gives me different kinds of stress.
Please guide me... it's been more than 6 months now. I want to come out of mind prison.
