can someone help me to understand how the PF contribution is calculated in Gujarat?
is it MANDATORY to include "min. wages" entirely - Basic + special allowance for PF contribution? or PF would be only on basic?
e.g. Basic Rs. 150 + Special Allowance Rs. 50 = Min wage Rs. 200.00
PF would be deducted on on Rs. 150 or on Rs. 200???
