It may be fake because:
  1. it requires the signature of the issuing officer.
  2. it has not contain the no of days of working in the month for which this salary slip has been issued i.e. January 2008.
  3. It has to be on the letter head of the co. i.e. JAPAN AIRLINES INTERNATIONAL CO. LIMITED.
  4. It has to be issued with diary or dispatcher reference no.
  5. It has to be contained with the designation of Mr. Neeraj Sharma or the title under which Mr. Neeraj Sharma is working in that Co.
  6. We have checked that the japan airlines's actual name is JAPAN AIRLINES CORPORATION and it website is JAL|q‹óŒ” —\–ñE‹óÈƉïE‰^’ÀˆÄ“à| so find out the real name of the company, if it is subsidary then please make sure that the salary slip should contains the address of its registered office and administration office and office in india and also should be contain the contact no. of india on which it can be verified.
  7. please verify this slip from the company office.
i hope that your query has been fulfilled and have a nice day

Dear Mosi,
This could be a pay slip of a person who is working on contigent basis not of a regular employee.
secondly: I feel this is fake salary slips as the slip does'nt have basic things like Day's worked PF No and employee no which are all mandate for internal audit of every ltd company.
Thirdly if you see the company seal the Nov is darker Dec is little lighter and Jan is much lighter.
Forth : The loan amount being deducted is also not matching the real salary.
Need to probe the person in details for more closure watch.
Thanks.

I completely agree with Ash Mathew. The reponses posted seems based on what individual's organization is following or what is Perceived Common Practice. There are many organizations who are SMALL in size and with FEW employees that do not bother to issue pay slips. They issue pay slips based on the needs of employees, so instead of just GUESSING, it is better to check the company name, call the company directly and talking to them, etc. This will establish the genuineness more reliably.

Very simple.
Just write to the HR Department of japan Airline and send them a copy of this Salary Slip. Their response will give you an answer.
By merely looking at the attached Slip, one cannot conclusively decide upon its authenticity. You never know, it may a valid one.
Cheers!!!

The best way to ascertain the genuineness of the Salary Slip is get the same verified by the previous employer who is supposed to have issued the same to the concerned employee.
If your fears of the Slip being a fake one is established and proved, confront the employee and tell him you would be glad to accept his resignation with immediate effect and relieve him immediately.
If he has ideas to the contrary, you are well within your righjts to summarily terminate his services with immediate effect. State in the letter the act of forgery committed by him.
Best Wishes,

The salary slip is not at all genuine coz the deductions are not correct and the HRA given is just 40% of the basics; it should be 50% of the basics in metro cities.
