Hello,
My question is regarding recruitmnet through job portals.Many times while applying for HR(Recruitment) position, we are asked whaethwe we are familiar with usage of various job portals for recruitment. So my query here is as to how to do recruitmnet through various job portals.(i.e. the method) .And what are the other types of recruitmnet methoda which are cheap to use and highly result oriented for a HR

You have got the only source of accessing the CVs of professionals thru online job portals. If you have any other source of accessing the professionals like thru known circles, that will be more reliable than job portals. It depends on individuals ability.

we use different portals for recruiting people(Domestic staffing).to say Portals Like
1.Monster
2.Times Jobs
3.Naukri
etc...
we can also use social networking sites like Linkedin,facebook...
all the above portals helps us in finding the resumes & also posting the jobs.
& in all these portals you can search the resume or consultant or candidate using different kinds of search options like Easy search,Advanced search,power search,it search,role search etc...,you can use any of these search options based on your interest.
