Dear Hari
If it is true that HIV will not spread through saliva then what is the possibility of HIV spreading through oral sex?
if it is true that pH value (acid) in our stomach is high where HIV virus cannot survive then how it could spread through breast feeding?
pl. clarify

Dear Swastik,
See the comments posted by other members. May be some of the information like what hari has said was not known to me till now. May be my posting may be a rumour prevailing in the city. But because of that many people who has doubts regarding this disease would be helped to have a better understanding.
Any how I would apologise if I had countered you. But again My intention was to get cleared myself and others regarding this.

Hey Gajendra,
I completely agree with you that AIDS awareness is important.
But the thought that you have pasted this on this forum is kind of stupid and very novice. that too without prior research.
as mentioned earlier the AIDS virus dies in milliseconds once its exposed to air the only other option is to punch the needle and push the blood in, and as soon as this happens the anitbodies start to work and the infection can be stopped..and then again anybody injects you with any blood thats infectious and only a irresponsible person wont realise when they are being injected with blood.
Hence no point.
Anyways i appreciate your concern but please make sure then next time you post something its real and well researched.
We already have so many variations of how aids can be transfered adding one to it would be a bad idea.
Thanks & Regards,
AJ
