1st April to 31st September and 1st October to 31st march, if an employee coming under ESIC. The esic contribution need to deduct on 8500/- not on her 10500/-. and you have to contribute up to march 2009. you can stop the contribution after march 2009. and she will be get benit as per esic policy.
