Dear Harsh288,

I have followed this thread with interest. Usually, I do not respond to questions such as yours, which do not give enough details of the person raising it and/or the reason for asking the question. Responding to such questions wastes a lot of time in providing general answers rather than give precise solutions.

People have given you a lot of ideas. You say you have not much time and, hence, you are looking for a ready made speech for 2 mins. We all have 24 hours per day and 7 days per week and how we use it determines how effective we are in Time Management. You can take this as the topic, if you wish. A topic that you choose should be one that you feel very passionate about. I feel passionate about this topic and have given a presentation to managers once.

I also feel passionate about Plagiarism and, hence, I have got involved at CiteHR. Another topic that I feel passionate about is explaining the difference between "Qualified" and "Educated". Many people of my parents generation were not qualified, but were highly educated. We have a number of Qualified people now as there are many colleges and universities awarding Diplomas and Post-graduate degrees. However, it is sad to say that some of the products from these can be classified as uneducated from their behaviour and actions.

So, I suggest that you kindly pick a topic of your passion, write the speech and post it here and seek feedback to improve it. If you do not like to post it in the general forum, drop a private message and seniors will be willing to give their email ID.

Dear Harsh,
You can the topic " Public Speaking" itself..You can put your point that what is public speaking. How one can execute it..What are the phobias when a person is speaking in Public and how one can overpower it..In the end you can say that Its just your observations and views.I may not be perfect but yes I have understood that Public speaking is an art some get it by birth and some have to yearn it.You find yourself lucky that You could speak in front of a very educated and expert Public..
Its just my Input to your query...If I would have been on your place I would have done something like this..
Seniors, Please correct me If I am wrong.
Good Luck Harsh !!!!
