Approach a lawyer who is specialist in this and send your ex employer a legal notice.
stating that u want a maximum money ( May be more than your pending salary -discuss with lawyer how much maximum you claim) for your mental loss and physical loss due to money.
May be you can get you actual salary also which is beneficiary. Dont wait . send him a legal notice immediately.

Hi Vishnu,
Better to ask management once (if they were not followed such type of rules) otherwise you can prepare last 3 months payslips (Exact salary) and take the current employer signature and stamp. then you will submit to another company.
