Hello everyone, I am currently exploring how COVID 19 affects and accelerates working together digitally and/or remotely.
What do you think are the most remarkable challenges that Human Resources will face in this regard?
I am thinking about more flexible working types, the company has to become more agile/dynamic, communication guidelines for digital communication, time tracking of working hours, and so on.
Also, do you think that some expatriate assignments will become obsolete in the future?
