Dear Senoirs,
I am Ranjitha and am currently working as HR professional in one of the MNC.I have a question, i would like to know what is the career in HR for entry level people? the reason i asked this question is am not able to see a fast growth in HR. I request the senoirs to guide me how to plan for my future in HR and also request you to suggest any courses or tools in HR which will be added advantage to my career.looking forward for your valuable inputs.

Well the very first question is what exactly you want from yourself being an HR Person and professional? You are not an entry level person as you already have admitted that you are a Professional and working with an MNC.
