Inform your seniors that we cannot employ people and terminate them w/o pay for the period they worked.
Proportionate pay as per period worked is mandatory.
I am sure your letter of probation would have specified a salary for employee.
That itself is the documents which mandates payment of salaryon monthly basis.

Dear Security Manager,
I would like to bring to your notice that our company has decided to terminate the security services. There are many issues we are facing so we decided to take this action. We had many expectations on your end as a security company, personnel provided by your company are not as efficient as we thought. We observed them not following our company rules, and we have also found persons missing from their position. Many employees complained about the mismanage of the security personnel. We do not accept such things in our company, and thus we decided to terminate the service. We terminate the service from 3rd of next month. You mail me, I am not following the rules of termination of services of 2 month (60 days), please share if you have any written agreement or any mail conversation with our company. responsible employees who has right for the same. Some day back, you make a decision of withdrawal your service from our company, but here is giving you proper time and notice for planning and withdrawal service from our assignment. And I hope from you that stop such kinds of mail and massages.
