Fisrst Check your Company located area is covered under ESI r not???? check with ESI local office then will do further

Dear Sir,
Ours is a non-seasonal factory employing 26 as on 17.01.2013. We are manufacturing our final products with the aid of power. Ours is a non -seasonal factory because we run the factory 12 months in a year. We run the factory 12 months in a year which is more than 7 months as mentioned in ESI act. Our factory is located in Assam. So considering above criteria conclusion can be drawn that our factory is coverable under ESI act.
