Hi Sunaina,

I could not go through all the posting and replies to your query. but i can suggest few tips.....

1)employee references always work better.

2)try to net work with other similar same company HRs. Try to befriend with other IT company HRs later you can take their help and at times vice-verse.

3)go through social network webs like linked in, facebook, twitter, orkut, google+ and so many where you can just fine people with key skills search instead their names.

4)keep posting on job-portals such as naukri, timesjobs, clickjobs, fresherworld,

5)Go through existing database, though you got rejected resume, try to network and ask them for references.

6)Dont leave whether a candidate matches with your requirement or not. Try to generate at least 2 references from even a guy rejected for the post.

7)Keep posted your ex-colleagues and hr mates to reference in case they have any candidate matching with your requirement.

Hope the would help you and if you can try you can do some creative work.

If the above suggestions are already given / followed please ignore.

Thank you for opportunity to suggest you.
