Dear Partho,
Look at the views. Some comments may not be of use for you, some maybe useful. Discuss views and not about the person.
We also need someone against what we feel, someone against our ways of looking at things - only then we will have a look at both the sides of the coin.
Some may see you as a sad fellow, some may see you as a person who needs to solve a major issue, some may feel you are wasting time, some may feel that you are just doing the right thing. Views differ. We cannot feel frustrated about it. We are just adding one more "negative feeling" by getting irritated. You can always let him know that - you are truly facing all of this - maybe everything is happening at the same time for you. :|
Take care and have no offense in mind about my views..or Ravis views, or Kavithas views. None of us want to offend ur feelings or intend to that.

Very true that different persons can have identical situations and problems.....
but not all can have identical thoughts or use identical words or sentences.I don't won't to elaborate on this more or mention anything else.
I have earlier put across the message in a very soft, low manner but now I'm forced to write so.
Once again apologies if u feel my words have hurt you

Dear Partha,

If employees are behaving so, then HR has to be tough on work culture and employee relations. See if HR has rightly made its presence in employee grievance handling. She may well attribute someother sensitive gender related problem on anyone, who knows? Please implement and practise strict behavioral standard.

Often it is a wrong notion that HR manager has to be a ring master. Today he cannot be so. He is also a part of the work force but in line management. It all deals with trust, loyalty, coordination, respect and appreciation for HR and the staff. The image of HR has to be analysed from a third umpire perspective.

Please maintain perseverence at all times and particularly when handling female employees. If the total strength of female employees is 1/3rd then it's better to have a lady HR Assistant or Executive in your department. I always see to that the lady HR member is also at the discussion table when a lady employee is summoned for problematic behavior. My concept has worked well.

Good luck, partha!

Chandru

Hi,
Partho i have red all above comment, all my frien try to send u some messege. but i will go little bit personally- just analyse her like and dislike, does she like any boy which is your close friend, is she senior to you in case of education , age , and wealth.or is she a old employee of that company ... if it is so then its quite natural that she is behaving like this with you... so try to match with her behaviour.. u will definitely see the diffrence..just give her the credit of some work..jus try it...

Hi All,
I have a non-cooperative employee working under me and she doesn’t do her job correctly. I have told the management about this but… they are telling me to give her sometime to evaluate her performance. But I cannot manager her daily.. Whatever I say she replies with different answer. How to come-out of this situation? Please help me?
