Hi, Wanted to check if there is a possibility of getting a leave policy specifically designed for trainees? We are an IT services co. based out of Hyderabad.

No, trainees are employee only, and you cannot have leaves separate for them. However, if you have leaves which are more beneficial than what is prescribed under the Telangana Shops...Act, then keeping the mandatory leaves applicable to trainees, other can be given better leaves.
