The purpose of such initiatives is to retain employees and to make them perform better right ?
So when go for no cost initiatives there will not be any result for your initiative and if you want quality output then go some activities which involves some cost which includes training by external Trainer, lunch outing, Picnic, Movie outing etc.
Without cost you can only plan for one to one sessions, some fun games within the office etc.
