I worked in a company for the past 1.4 years. My mother was having some health issues, so I decided to drop the paper. I waited for my manager and TL to accept my resignation, but TL and HR kept convincing me to drop my paper. I told them I could serve my notice only for a month. My manager didn't respond to anything, nor did a discussion happen. After 15 days, due to health issues, I dropped the mail. I won't be able to work here due to health issues, so I handed over the laptop to them.

Now they are not providing me with the experience or relieving letter. CTS is asking for mail confirmation that the employee has worked in the company and there are no dues. What can I do? Is there any possibility of getting the letter even if I'm ready to pay the compensation? Will CTS accept me with the other proofs expect my relieving letter? Can you help me, this is the only offer I'm having.
