HI,
I agree with Ed Llarena on this...it doesnt look tht u r in need of performance eveluation. rather Market survey..u need to get the survey done...
I dont think tht there is any specific measure to gauge performance for HR Executive. The procedure is alwys same for all employees except competency differs for diff functions.
