Do whatever you get - internship or job. It is not a matter of choice...; it is more about your acceptance in market.

Firstly you must ensure that your university required you to go for internship before they release you certificate. Some universities required the internship report. If your university does not required the report then why not straight away start working.

I got a job offer from a company i like the company but one thing striked me during our conversation is that they said that my payment will be through third party payment so can explain what is it and is there any risk involved would i get increment after my probation period
