Please help me in preparing my internship report on the performance appraisal system of SBI. As it is a public sector unit, I need assistance in understanding how they implement performance appraisals. I visited one of the branches of SBI, but there was no work for me. They simply provided me with documents regarding the performance appraisal system and asked me to analyze it and prepare the report. Unfortunately, they did not offer me the opportunity for hands-on experience in the field.
