Dear Mr. Gautam,
Mr. Malik has already cleared your doubt as contract license is totally depend upon Form V recd. from Principal Employer, so there would be no question for another license only the man power/strength would be increased.

for each single work a separate licence is necessary, provided the workers engaged for each work are 20 or more on any given day, during the tenure of work.

Dear,
If contractor is doing same type of work in same premises (like packing, loading unloading) and same work has to mentioned in licence and another thing is that the total number of employees has not to exceed then the number mentioned in licence.
If you are fulfilling this condition then you have no need to take another licence.
Thanks,
(Sahil)

Dear
Thanks for your valuable response,It will be great on your part to let us know that is there any provision for obtaining separate labour licence (work oredr wise) under the CLRA Act, even If a contractor has two or three work order (Job work) from same company in and ongoing project (various civil works like construction of boundry ball and construction of workshop building by same contractor ) in the same premises and same principal employer.
It will also help us in clearing the doubts by talking to you over telephone so kindly let me know your Contact no.
