I D Act gives ample power to the union to raise a dispute on behalf of the employee. However, an individual dispute can also be raised by a workman in his personal capacity. What is your exact query?

Thanks Sir. Actually, my question is whether union representatives can accompany during 2A petition conciliation process? Where is the supporting provision in the ID Act? Regards, Parimala.
