After joining, which department will enter the required details of employees in the EPFO portal?

Obviously, the HR department in general and Personnel Officer/ Payroll officer in particular will renter the details of employees in the EPFO Portal.

Okay, just wanted to understand if in a small company this is handled by HR person or Accounts Dept.

In small companies there may not be separate portfolios allotted and in such scenario the accounts person himself will take care of salary calculation. In that case he can enter the details in EPFO, ESI portals.
