1.Hr formets
2.Detail of employees(address,ph,id proof etc.)
3.Company structure
4.employee file maintance
5.policy formulation
6.start working in channel
7.realise importance to employees(becoz they treat u as useless thing)
8. make them feel he is for their facilitation only
9.start conecting each department with you
these are the basic things which u should knw to start a new hr department in company
its quite difficult becoze everybody live in thier comfert zone they dun like change so its hard and needs lot of efforts to start a new hr department in existing unit
